WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Junior Raw Material Buyer your main contribution will be to ensure that all fabrics and trims are developed to meet Acne Studios' production quality standards in accordance with the production calendar, and to maintain good collaboration and strong relationships internally and externally.

You will report to the Senior Raw Material Manager and will play a vital role in fulfilling the Raw Material Production function by:

• Coordinate purchasing and industrialization of raw materials
• Place orders with mills and factories for sampling and pre-production
• Maintain accurate data in PLM and ERP systems
• Track sampling deliveries and update teams on status and allocations
• Support redevelopments with Raw Material Manager and Team Lead to meet quality and design standards
• Manage timelines to ensure on-time bulk production
• Assist with sustainability standards, including traceability and technical data sheets
• Partner with Quality team on material testing from prototype to sampling
• Oversee global excess stock with factories and warehouses.

Qualifications & experience

• Degree in business or textile-related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in material buying, sourcing, or production-ideally in high-end fashion
• Advanced knowledge of fabric and trims production processes and quality standards
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
