We're now looking for a Junior Partner Support (50%) to join our Partner Support team in Stockholm, preferably as soon as possible.

Your mission

As Junior Partner Support, you support partner studios and help build strong, professional relationships. In this part-time role, you ensure smooth daily operations and help studios deliver great experiences through the Bruce platform.

By keeping information accurate and up to date, such as schedules, class descriptions and studio presentations, you enable partners to deliver a great member experience.

What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with studio-, tech-, and member support team
• Onboard new studio partners and set them up for success
• Keep information in app updated and support studios in using our tools
• Ensure studios are correctly presented in the app (images, class info, descriptions) and edit when needed
• Handle app and booking-related questions from members
• Support schedule updates and daily maintenance
• Support our partners with their daily questions via email, chat, and occasionally phone
• Help with other support and administrative tasks as needed

What we want you to bring

Your mindset matters more than experience. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you:

• Comfortable working in digital tools and systems
• Excellent written communication skills in Swedish and English, with strong attention to detail
• Curious and eager to learn
• A true team player who's happy to support others

We'd love it if you have this, but it's not a requirement:

• You are fluent in another Scandinavian language, both spoken and written
• Experience in support or other fast-paced environments

You are structured, detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy and quality. You're service minded and enjoy supporting others. You are not only thorough, but also quick to notice when something looks off or starts repeating - a pattern-spotter who doesn't wait for every task to be clearly defined, but helps identify what needs fixing or improving. You're curious, quick and eager to learn and comfortable navigating apps and digital tools, and you enjoy collaborating with others to make things work better for everyone.
