About this Position

What you'll do
  • Control and Forecast Nordic freight & warehousing costs for HCB Retail and Professional.
  • Analyze deviations and drivers of logistics costs, identifying and evaluating cost saving opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy and correct handling of logistics supplier invoices.
  • Identify & drive the implementation of initiatives that lead to Logistics cost savings, increased sustainability and efficiency.
  • Ensure optimal logistics execution for HCB Professional in Sweden and Finland, and act as backup for HCB Consumer when needed.


What makes you a good fit
  • 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, ideally within FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and digital skills.
  • Team player with a LEAN mindset seeing opportunities rather than problems.
  • Results and customer focused.
  • Commercial & Business awareness.
  • Fluent in English and preferably in Swedish.
  • Master's Degree (or comparable) is an advantage.
