Junior Content & Production Coordinator

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling projects in a fast-paced creative environment? If so, we would love to have you join our team.

We are seeking a Junior Content and Production Coordinator to be a core operational link supporting our Marketing and Product Design teams. This is a key role where you will make sure all our visual content, from product imagery to exciting monthly campaign assets, is produced efficiently, delivered on time, and meets our high standards. It is a great chance to own the full production process and help us improve our ways of working along the way.

Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will coordinate all facets of creative production, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of visual content and data across the business.

Product and Creative Production Coordination

Shoot PlanningPlan, schedule, and organize all image productions. Work closely with the Product Operations Project Manager to align on upcoming collections, collaborations, SMUs, and new product ranges. Book and coordinate shoots with photographers, models, and external partners.

Sample LogisticsCoordinate all product sample logistics, including ordering, tracking, delivery, and internal handling. Ensure physical samples are prepared and organized for all creative needs.

Post Production ManagementOversee post-production workflows. Manage retouching with external partners, handle feedback loops, and ensure final assets are stored and distributed correctly.

Production SupportAssist with content production, ecommerce imagery, social content, and special projects. Provide prep and on-set support, including creating call sheets, coordinating logistics, and other support as required.

Budget TrackingMonitor costs by keeping the production budget tracker up to date and flagging any deviations.

End-to-End ContentManage the full product enrichment process, ensuring both product descriptions and imagery are complete, accurate, and delivered on time for launch.

External RelationsMaintain strong working relationships with our external partners and look for opportunities to improve how we work together.

Project Coordination and Workflow Support

Process ImprovementCollaborate with the Marketing and Design Operations team to develop processes and ways of working, continuously improving efficiency across departments.

Project ManagementLead smaller initiatives as required, aligning with stakeholders and keeping timelines on track.

Who We Are Looking ForYou are a highly motivated self-starter who brings a few years of experience in production roles, eager to learn and grow within a fast-moving fashion company. You are a natural project manager, enjoying the process of keeping things exceptionally organized at all times. With a proactive mindset, you actively look for ways to improve processes and are quick to bring fresh ideas to the team. Furthermore, you excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers, confidently reaching out to new partners, and effectively negotiating optimal solutions.

Technical ToolsExperience using Asana or similar project management systems and tools like Delogue or other PLM systems is a plus.

Experience or a strong interest in working with AI for product imagery and content is highly desirable.
