In our Sustainability Advisory team, you'll find plenty of opportunities to collaborate in an inclusive environment, where everyone is encouraged to bring unique and diverse perspectives into the work that we do for our clients. We work side by side in a well-composed team, combining sustainability expertise with traditional consulting skills.

We make an impact for our clients in a broad range of topics including sustainability strategy and value creation, climate change mitigation and adaptation, biodiversity, circular business models, human rights and sustainable supply chains, sustainability governance, sustainability in valuations, and technology enablement. With sustainability increasingly being raised as a key strategic topic for our clients, a role in the sustainability team offers numerous opportunities for your personal and professional development.

The team

As a member of Sustainability Advisory, you will be part of a smaller local team of approx. 20 people, and a part of the Nordic ESG community and global ESG network. While we remain a smaller team within the larger Advisory group, you will regularly interact with colleagues within other units and teams including our Corporate Services team, Technology team, Capital Markets team and our Assurance team.

What do we offer?

Together with other KPMG colleagues you will be working on exciting client engagements. During your first years at KPMG you will be a part of our learning and development program LEAP. In the program, you will acquire knowledge about business sectors, industry trends and KPMG's customers. You will learn our tools and methods, gain deep knowledge about our capabilities and delivery models, while also improving your leadership and sales skills. Furthermore, you will get a mentor and a dedicated performance manager supporting you in your career.

We are looking for dedicated recent or soon to be graduates who strive to achieve excellence and are looking for a great career path. More specifically, we want you to have:

• A university degree in business, management, finance, economics, or engineering, where a focus on sustainability is meriting,
• 0-2 years of work experience
• A business mindset,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Multilingual proficiency (fluency English is required, Swedish is an advantage),
• Analytical & problem-solving skills,
• Excellent grades from studies,
• A team player attitude with a genuine interest in seeing customers grow and being part of their journey,
• We also value international experience, previous work experience, and other engagements and achievements, showing a strong drive, high ambition, and passion
