Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant team.

You will be part of the Ports business line within the Marine and Ports division that is specialized in advanced automation and information systems for all types of container and bulk cargo handling cranes, as well as OCR and electrical systems for container terminals. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assist with orders and purchasing of materials and services
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure deadlines are met
- Handle order administration and update systems
- Participate in supplier contacts and contribute to strong relationships
Qualifications for the role:
- Relevant education in procurement, economics, or logistics (or equivalent experience)
- Detail-oriented, structured, and with strong administrative skills
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with SAP is a plus
