As we are scaling up Carla, we are now looking for a Business Controller Intern to the Finance team in Stockholm. Your mission will be to support one of the fastest growing startups in Scandinavia - ever.
About the role
In this role, you will work closely with our CFO and controlling team and carry out basic financial analysis and manage different administrative projects to support our continuous growth. Our "roll up your sleeves and get the job done" approach to work creates an environment where self-starters, problem solvers and innovative thinkers thrive.
You will be working with continuous follow-up of the existing business, and be part of ad-hoc and structured initiatives to drive improvements across the company. In all these work streams, you will be working across functions with large amounts of structured and unstructured data, and be expected to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

About the role

You will be working with continuous follow-up of the existing business, and be part of ad-hoc and structured initiatives to drive improvements across the company. In all these work streams, you will be working across functions with large amounts of structured and unstructured data, and be expected to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Examples of work tasks:
- Administrative projects including transferring and cross checking data from different business systems and dashboards
- Follow up on financial KPIs
- Support in financial reporting and forecasting
- Support the Head of BC in creating a structure for Carla's finance calendar
- Ad/hoc projects supporting the finance function
- An ongoing University degree within business, engineering, statistics, or equivalent relevant area
- A commercial mindset and strong analytical skills
- Good in communication skills, including the ability to create easy-to-read reports of high quality
- Ability to transform information into actionable data and good decision material
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluency in English, Swedish is a merit
- Internship experience within finance, controlling, and/or analytics
- Experience from Power BI, SQL, and other complex data analysis tools
- Preferably scale-up/start-up experience and/or experience working with operations, production, supply chains or similar
