Junior Business Analyst, Internship

What you will do during your internship with us

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and data requirements from internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Support data collection, cleansing, and validation activities to ensure high-quality analytics.
• Help build reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, Qlik or Tableau.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand business challenges and contribute to solution design.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and data scientists.

What we would like to see from you

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong interest in consulting, data analytics, and solving real-world business problems.
• Basic knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Start Date

This is an unpaid internship which will last 3 months, starting in mid September 2025.

New interns will be aligned to the Cognizant office in Stockholm, Sweden, where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions. This is a role based on both on-site as well as hybrid working.
