We're now looking for a Jeeves ERP Engineer who wants to take real ownership of our ERP environment and work closely with the business to drive stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where technical depth meets business understanding.

The role is ideally based in Växjö, but we're also open to candidates working from Gothenburg, Malmö, Stockholm, or Sandefjord (Norway).

What you'll be doing

You will own and develop Foxway's Jeeves ERP platform, ensuring stable daily operations while continuously improving how the system supports our business. Working closely with stakeholders across finance, logistics, production, and IT, you'll translate business needs into scalable, reliable ERP solutions - and make sure our ERP ecosystem evolves with Foxway's growth.

Your day-to-day impact

Ensure stable, secure, and reliable operation of the Jeeves ERP environment

Drive improvements, upgrades, and customizations aligned with business needs

Troubleshoot complex ERP issues and prevent recurring problems

Design, maintain, and monitor integrations with surrounding systems (WMS, CRM, BI, etc.)

Improve data quality, automation, and performance using SQL and Macro-Pascal

Act as a key interface between business users, IT, and external vendors

Participate in ERP improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects

Who we're looking for

You're someone who enjoys owning systems end-to-end and improving how technology supports the business.

We believe you bring:

Strong hands-on experience with Jeeves ERP (administration, configuration, or development)

Solid SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, and performance tuning

Experience with Macro-Pascal or Jeeves-specific development tools

Understanding of ERP processes within finance, supply chain, production, or logistics

Experience working with integrations (API, EDI, file-based, or middleware)

A structured, analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex technical problems

Strong communication skills and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally

Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong stakeholder relationships

Great merit if you have:

Experience with BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik, or similar)

Scripting knowledge/ experience (Python, PowerShell) for automation

Exposure to cloud or hybrid ERP environments

Background from manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries

Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data governance

Experience with project management or agile methodologies
