Assignment Overview

We are looking for an ITSM Specialist

What you will work on

Own and manage the ITSM tool (Ivanti), ensuring it meets stakeholder needs

Oversee configuration, customization, and implementation of the ITSM tool

Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance service delivery

Lead ITSM-related projects and initiatives across business functions

Develop, implement, and maintain ITIL processes aligned with best practices

Manage cross-functional projects to optimize ITSM processes

Act as Product Owner for the ITSM team, managing backlog and prioritization

Gather stakeholder feedback to define vision, roadmap, and requirements

Deliver training on ITSM, ITIL, and agile practices

Create training materials and documentation

Drive continuous improvement of ITSM tools and processes

Ensure successful delivery and adoption of ITSM initiatives

What you bring

ITIL Foundation v4 certification or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience in ITSM/ESM (e.g., Service Owner role)

Strong knowledge of ITSM tools, preferably Ivanti

Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and implementation

Experience managing stakeholders in multinational environments

Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset

Self-motivated with a proactive "can-do" attitude

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Fluent Swedish and English communication skills (spoken and written)
