Join our dynamic team as an IT System Administrator to be a key member of the technical team, reporting to the Technical Manager of one of our top clients. You'll work closely with IT leads across the company in Europe and take full responsibility for ensuring our local IT services are always available and reliable.

Your tasks will include:

• Deployment of new systems
• Incident management and troubleshooting
• Maintenance and configuration of networks, servers, and systems
• Budgeting, purchasing, and administration of IT equipment
• Managing support and supplier agreements
• Documenting systems and processes
• Planning maintenance in collaboration with other departments

Who you are:

Ideally, you have experience in a similar role and feel confident taking responsibility for operations, maintenance, and end-user support. You're curious, enjoy problem-solving, self-driven, and able to communicate technical matters clearly to non-technical colleagues.

We believe you bring:

• Experience as an IT consultant, technical support specialist, or system administrator
• Knowledge of networking and configuration
• Solid experience administering both Linux and Windows systems
• Experience with VMware - and preferably also Oracle databases
• Fluency in English, fluency in Swedish preferred but not mandatory
