Assignment Description

We are looking for a Manager IT Operations & Delivery to lead IT operations

What You Will Work On

Lead and manage IT operations, ensuring high system availability and performance

Take full responsibility for team leadership, including staffing, development, and budget

Drive continuous improvements in IT processes and ways of working

Lead local and global infrastructure projects

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and other IT functions

Build and evolve a modern IT function aligned with long-term business needs

Ensure lifecycle management of infrastructure, servers, and networks

Oversee service delivery quality and operational excellence

What You Bring

Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations

Proven experience in leadership and team management

Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent practical experience

Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

Experience driving change and improvements in IT environments

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Fluent Swedish and good English (spoken and written)
