We are looking for anIT Contract Managerfor Outsourcing and Critical Service Providers to join us in building tomorrow's financial infrastructure.
As an IT Contract Manager for Outsourcing and Critical Service Providers, you'll be responsible for managing high value and important contracts within the company. You will ensure suppliers conform to contractual terms, SLA's and KPIs, while identifying and resolving key areas of opportunity. The purpose is to maximise commercial and service benefits, whilst minimising risk, and securing compliance with our governance, risk and control measures.
You will report to the Head of Procurement and work in an international setup, collaborating closely with colleagues from Euroclear Group Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, and Risk departments. You will have a central role in the local organization supporting the business, to ensure contracts and supplier relationships are of the highest quality and meet all control expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Implement, facilitate and maintain the Euroclear Group policies and procedures for Outsourcing and Critical Service Providers, and act as a local guardian of Euroclear Group processes.
- Ensure that Euroclear Sweden's outsourcing and critical service providers contract management practices are in line with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. CSDR) and within the company's risk appetite, as well as meet all internal control expectations.
- Manage the full contract management lifecycle, including supplier evaluation, due diligence, selection, contract negotiations, outsourcing risk assessments and the subsequent day-to-day management and follow-up of Euroclear Sweden's suppliers.
- Consolidate the reporting on outsourcing and critical service providers to stakeholders (such as Euroclear Group, Euroclear Sweden Board, Management Committee, Swedish regulators).
- Provide procurement expertise to manage outsourcing and critical suppliers both pre-contract and post-contract and ensure contracts are fit-for-purpose.
- Manage both executive and day-to-day relationships with our strategic, outsourcing and critical partners and suppliers.
- Monitor compliance with KPIs and SLAs, analyse and report on consolidated supplier performance and costs.
- Upload, store and maintain contracts up to date in the company's central register of contracts. Ensure that contract management, governance, risk and control systems and tools are also updated in line with the corresponding contract changes and agreed terms.
- Continuously seek to improve supplier performance through internal feedback, while delivering savings and/or benefits through a robust risk and issue management process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in a similar position, or within a corporate procurement environment, ideally with international exposure, global experience in IT and other related categories.
- A solid understanding of the procurement function, with a particular focus on outsourcing, governance, risk and control aspects when managing contracts (performance monitoring, KPIs, SLAs, pricing models, etc.) and critical suppliers.
- Experience with outsourcing in a regulated environment (preferably the financial industry) and within a complex organization.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven relationship builder, including with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead projects and people.
- Ability to problem-solve and recommend solutions independently, an analytical mindset, attentive to detail and able to work in a structured manner.
- A self-starter, comfortable taking ownership and working without high levels of oversight from the line manager.
- Successful experience working on multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Proficient user of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluent in English, written and verbal. Other language skills are a benefit.
