Assignment Description

We are looking for a Business Consultant

What You Will Work On

Contribute to projects and programs with process and functional expertise

Participate in pre-studies, analyses, and early-phase project activities

Support Process & IT implementation initiatives

Translate business needs into functional and process-oriented solutions

Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders

Apply best practices in business processes and system usage

Support change initiatives from design through implementation

Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities

Contribute to documentation, process descriptions, and solution outlines

Explain and align facts, policies, and practices with stakeholders

What You Bring

2-5 years of relevant experience in business consulting or similar roles

Practical experience from working with business processes and/or IT solutions

Understanding of process development and functional requirements

Ability to work independently with general supervision

Experience contributing across multiple project phases

Structured and analytical working approach

Ability to handle challenging but not overly complex problems

Good communication skills and stakeholder interaction experience

Ability to influence others through clear explanations and collaboration

Professional mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
