Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced IoT Device Tester

What You Will Work On

Perform functional, performance, interoperability, and stability testing for IoT devices.

Validate device behavior in NB-IoT and LTE-M networks.

Support field verification to confirm device performance and radio characteristics in live networks.

Capture and analyze modem logs using tools such as QXDM, ELT, QCAT, and SDM.

Investigate connectivity issues and contribute to root-cause analysis.

Validate device behavior against telecom standards such as those defined by 3GPP and GSMA.

Ensure IoT devices meet operator compatibility and quality expectations.

Collaborate with device teams, network engineers, and IoT business units.

Document findings, produce structured test reports, and summarize log analysis results.

Communicate technical insights and issues to internal stakeholders and external vendors.

What You Bring

Hands-on experience with IoT device testing, particularly NB-IoT and LTE-M technologies.

Strong understanding of cellular technologies including NB-IoT, LTE-M, LTE/4G, and 5G.

Experience working with modem tracing and debugging tools such as QXDM, ELT, QCAT, and SDM.

Ability to analyze device logs and troubleshoot connectivity problems.

Experience validating device compliance with telecom standards.

Strong communication skills and ability to clearly document technical findings in English.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
