Role Overview
We're looking for a passionate Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to join our People team and lead the way in creating world-class internal communications.
With employees spread across 11 global offices, including Southampton, Cebu, Sweden, Ireland, and Germany, effective communication is critical to keeping everyone connected, informed, and engaged in our mission and culture.
In this role, you'll shape and influence how we communicate as a company, ensuring our people stay informed and engaged-whether through high-impact content, channel management, company-wide meetings, or strategic campaigns.
**Please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship and require to people to be based in the UK, ROI or Swedenfor this position**

- Own and execute internal communications across the company, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with our mission.
- Champion our mission and values across the company and highlight stories and events where our people are living our values
- Keep employees connected globally, creating content that informs and inspires.
- Develop engaging content on behalf of our CEO and leadership team
- Design and deliver internal communication campaigns that reinforce our company culture and values
- Plan and execute company-wide events and engagement initiatives to foster connection and collaboration
- Analyse employee feedback and engagement data, using insights to improve our internal comms strategy
- Manage internal communication channels, ensuring the right messages reach the right people at the right time
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in Internal Communications, ideally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills-you know how to craft compelling, engaging content.
- Experience managing internal comms channels and digital tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Experience curating and executing a structured cadence of communications.
- Track record of planning and delivering impactful internal events.
- Experience working in a global company is a plus.
