Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Integration Developer to support our customer-facing projects. Your primary responsibility will be to set up integrations through our existing integration layer, balancing customer requirements with technical best practices. While this role is not focused on daily development, strong Java skills are essential for working effectively with reusable components.

The role breakdown is approximately:

40% Communication and requirement gathering

40% Integration configuration and setup

10% Testing

10% Java development

Key Responsibilities

Gather integration requirements from customer teams and translate them into configurations.

Configure integration flows using existing reusable components.

Ensure integration setups align with best practices and project standards.

Support in troubleshooting, testing, and validating integrations.

Collaborate with internal teams and maintain good documentation practices.

Required Technical Skills

2-4 years of hands-on experience in:

API Management

Apache Kafka

Java Development

PostgreSQL

Proficiency in:

GitHub Actions

Ansible Tower (automation)

Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and strong knowledge of Kubernetes clusters

Familiarity with:

Linux and WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) environments

Splunk, Fluent Bit, and Helm charts

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with:

Angular

JavaScript

Bash scripting

Non-Technical Requirements

Strong communication skills; ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and customers

Previous experience working in integration-focused departments

Candidates should not aim for architecture or full-time development roles-this is a hybrid and support-focused position
