Your role & influence as Inside Sales Software Specialist
Responsibility:You will manage incoming software license requests and ensure customers receive the right solutions - handling everything from quote to delivery in a structured and professional way.
Collaboration:Together with your team, you will coordinate license transactions and streamline internal processes. You'll work closely with sales representatives, distributors, and software vendors to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Core activities:
Administer incoming orders and requests for software licenses
Manage the full license lifecycle, including initiation, renewal, and follow-up
Act as a reliable point of contact for customers and colleagues on license-related questions
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
Completed upper secondary education
A few years of experience in administrative work, preferably involving interaction with customers and/or suppliers
Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite
Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have:
Experience with license management or similar
Experience with procurement processes
Familiarity with Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, or Dynamics AX
Previous experience in the IT industry
