My name is Sebastian Del Valle Guerra, and I am the Team Manager for Inside Sales Support. As a leader, I am open and approachable, with a good sense of humor and a light-hearted touch. Your role & influence as Inside Sales Software Specialist


Responsibility: You will be responsible for driving incoming software license sales and ensuring that our customers receive the right solutions for their needs - from quote to delivery.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you will manage smooth and professional license transactions from start to finish. You will work closely with our sales representatives, distributors, and software vendors to streamline internal processes while ensuring high quality and value for the customer.

Core activities:
  • Administer incoming orders and requests for software licenses
  • Manage the full license lifecycle, including initiation, renewal, and follow-up
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for customers and colleagues on license-related questions
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, distributors, and software vendors to ensure efficient processes and satisfied customers

    To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
    • Completed upper secondary education
    • A few years of experience in administrative work, preferably involving interaction with customers and/or suppliers
    • Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite
    • Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

    It is an advantage if you have:
    • Experience with license management or similar
    • Experience with procurement processes
    • Familiarity with Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, or Dynamics AX
    • Previous experience in the IT industry
