Description

Employee Tasks:

• Daily search for bloggers on Youtube and Instagram;

• Conducting verbal and written communication with influencers, managers and agencies;

• Requesting statistics and analyzing influencers' accounts;

• Formation and maintenance of advertising calendar;

• Adapting and translating briefs for advertising campaigns;

• Control of the whole cycle of advertising release: timely sending of goods, reminders about planned publications, adherence to the advertising script, coordination of material before release, requesting statistics after release, analyzing, etc;

• Negotiating annual contracts and managing bloggers on a long-term basis;

• Testing new advertising hypotheses and formats;

• Composing step-by-step mailings in Klenty program, analyzing the effectiveness of letters;

• Working with partners in three formats: barter, affilliat, commerce;

• Maintaining reporting and document flow;

• Analyzing competitors.

Who we want to see on our team:

• An employee fluent in Russian;

• An employee fluent in Dutch/ Norwegian/ Finnish/ Danish, etc.;

• Experience in marketing and advertising is welcome but not required;

• Experience working with bloggers in the international market will be an advantage;

• Active user of Youtube and Instagram;

• Proficient PC user (Word, Excel, Internet);

• Competent oral and written speech;

• Ability to resolve conflict situations;

• Ability to quickly and competently count figures, percentages, analytical mind;

• Attention, responsibility, punctuality, energy, determination, politeness, courtesy, initiative, multitasking.
