To support further growth, Matsmart is now looking for an Inbound & Purchase coordinator who wants to be a part of our exciting journey and play an important role in making overstock accessible for our customers!
As an Inbound coordinator you tie together Purchasing with the Warehouse and make sure goods are delivered on time and in the right quality to be available for our customers.
What you'll do as Purchase Order & Inbound Coordinator
Ensure a stable and smooth flow of goods from Supplier to Warehouse
Ensure Supplier deliveries are in time to Warehouse and that the deliveries meet quality expectations
Cross-function between Logistics & Purchasing departments
Point of Contact (POC) for our supplier & delivery companies as well as coordinating incoming deliveries
Building and fostering strong relationships and networks with partners & suppliers
Proactively improving processes to improve output and quality
Troubleshoot inbound issues as they arise
Coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, we believe you need
1-2 years experience in supply chain management, operations or logistic
Higher education and/or professional training in operations, supply chain management or a related business field
Excellent communication skills in German (both verbal and written), comfortable working in English
We also believe you have
Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple tasks and prioritize effectively during peak periods.
Hands-on mentality with a flexible and proactive approach; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Start-up mindset with a can-do attitude and a solution-oriented approach.
