We are now looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist that will be a part of our journey.

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist you'll work hands-on in our cross-functional teams, making sure quality is at the heart of everything we build throughout the development lifecycle. You'll work with test automation, performance testing, and API validation, while contributing to shaping smart testing strategies and better ways of working across the bank.

You'll be responsible for:

• Testing APIs, microservices, and mobile apps (iOS & Android).
• Designing and executing test plans, from functional and regression to performance testing.
• Supporting test automation and integrating with CI/CD pipelines.
• Working with mocking, service virtualisation, and tools like Appium and Sauce Labs.
• Collaborating with Release Train Engineers, Product owners, Architects, QA colleagues, and other stakeholders to continually improve test practices.

What you'll bring

We believe you have a solid background in testing and a curiosity for modern technologies, you enjoy being part of a team where quality is a shared responsibility. You're structured and proactive. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams within the bank.

We're looking for experience in:

• Agile/SAFe and DevOps environments.
• API testing (REST, WebSockets), mobile app testing (iOS, Android), and testing tools such as Sauce Labs.
• Test automation and performance tools (e.g., JUnit, Selenium, JMeter).
• Building CI/CD pipelines and using GitHub Actions.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Java, Terraform, AWS, and Jira is preferred.
