We are now looking to strengthen our hardware development team with a senior hardware developer that brings experience, energy and drive to our hardware team. With a big flora of projects, there are always new things to learn, create and design. As a part of an experienced team within all disciplines, the sky is the limit.
You will be part of our HW team that today delivers everything from satellite communication devices to VR headsets, advanced and complex IOT gateways, together with their set of sensors and protocols.
Some examples of work would be:
- Taking part in designing discrete CPU systems with surrounding memories, based on popular platforms from big brands such as NXP, Qualcomm, Renesas, nVidia etc...
- Translating customer wishes into tangible requirements together with our system architects.
- Working closely with System architects, RF, antenna, and SW disciplines to define a product.

Basic qualifications
Must have
- M.Sc/B.Sc. or equivalent experience
- experience in hardware designs of embedded systems with advanced micro controllers/CPUs using high speed interfaces such
(DDR3/4, Ethernet, USB SS)
- Knowledge on how high-speed digital designs and interfaces affect EMC performance and radio communication.
- Experience of simulation tools such as HyperLynx (or similar).
- Experienced in writing technical documentation in English is important.
Good to have
- Experience in Altium for schematic diagrams is a great plus.
- Experience in Siemens/Mentor Graphics Xpedition suite is a great plus
- Experience in simulating high speed PCB layout
- any kind of EMC related experience
- Any kind of experience of high-speed interfaces such as PCIe3.0/4.0/5.0, DDR5, MIPI (DSI/CSI)
- Experience in working closely with software development
(collaborate in schematic review schematics etc.)
The person needs to be a real team player that can listen to other people's ideas and even be a role model and tutor for younger engineers. He or she will typically be the lead designer regarding the HW portion of a project. It is, however, not a project management role.
We have a great culture at work, and the social language is Swedish, thereby it is a great plus to be fluent in Swedish.
Preferred additional skills, personal traits and experience
We are looking for you with a dedicated interest in hardware development in embedded systems.
You have the ability to take initiatives and work independently and at the same time being a team member, coach, and grow people around you.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering. Alternatively, you have gained similar knowledge from work experience, in the fields of embedded systems, electronics, or mechatronics.

We work both with a tech-house service executing the customers' assignments in-house, as well as, an engineering service where our work resides in the customer's location. Our experienced team ensures quality every step of the way.
This position is residing in the tech-house, where we work mostly with projects that are developed in-house. In other words, work is undertaken in our office in Kista where you have access to the full knowledge of the team.
Due to the nature of several of our customers, we only consider applicants withholding permanent recidency or Swedish Citizenship.
