This Position reports to:
Global RA HSE Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving performance in one or more group-wide core Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs. Each day, you will support HSE Function Program Managers by applying specialist knowledge with the aim of offering solutions and advice to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE. You will also showcase your expertise by assisting in the delivery of HSE program plans.

This role is contributing to the Global Robotics Team in three regions, closely collaborating with the regional and site leadership as main stakeholders.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Performance Analytics & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HSE performance data using KPIs; prepare actionable reports for stakeholders to enable well-informed decisions.
• Optimization & Governance: Support modernization of the HSE Management System by simplifying procedures, eliminating redundancies, digitizing workflows, and updating governance structures for clarity and accountability.
• Continuous Improvement & Assurance: Establish review cycles, implement standardized improvement loops across regions, and coordinate with external providers for audits, crisis response, and scenario testing.
• Integration & Enablement: Embed HSE and Security considerations into strategic planning and operational decision-making, positioning the function as a productivity and risk‑reduction asset while enhancing executive communication.

Qualifications for the role:

• Demonstrated proficiency in HSE management systems, risk assessment methodologies, and performance analytics, with a strong interest in digital workflow tools and experience within the industrial or energy sector.
• Demonstrated capability to implement and optimize HSE management systems, supported by a minimum of eight years' experience in Health, Safety & Environment or Operational Excellence roles, as an HSE Analyst or Specialist with knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 frameworks, and related technologies.
• Advanced understanding of governance structures and proficiency in platforms such as Intelex, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
• A passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement, coupled with innovation in process simplification and digital transformation initiatives.
• A degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or extensive experience in managing HSE systems.
• Proficient communication skills in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
• Current professional certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent, valid in the relevant jurisdiction, along with any requisite work authorizations.
