Assignment Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Safety Specialist

What You Will Work On

Update internal electrical safety instructions in compliance with legislation and standards (e.g., SS EN 50110-1, SS EN 50191)

Prepare materials and coordinate meetings, workshops, and activities for the internal electrical safety network

Provide guidance and respond to electrical safety-related questions

Support improvement initiatives related to electrical safety

Integrate electrical safety into policies, processes, and training programs

Develop the structure, collaboration model, and competence framework for the internal safety network

Contribute to training sessions and awareness initiatives

Participate in lessons learned processes following incidents

What You Bring

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background

Several years of experience in electrical safety within industrial, construction, or installation environments

Strong knowledge of electrical safety legislation, standards, and safe work practices

Experience working with ESA (Electrical Safety Instructions)

Ability to perform risk assessments, review documentation, and provide clear technical guidance

Excellent communication skills with a structured, collaborative, and proactive approach

Fluency in Swedish (mandatory) and English
