As part of the development of our activitiesin Sweden, we are recruiting an HSE Advisor M/F to strengthen our project management capabilities.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will join the Finance Department of the Marine & Overseas Division and work closely with Project Managers to ensure proper monitoring and control of project costs.

The STEGRA project, located in Boden, Sweden, involves the construction of a green steel mill and an electrolysis plant, powered by renewable electricity and water from the Lule River. The goal is to produce 5 million tonnes of high-quality green steel by 2030. The work includes:

• Water Treatment Plant (WT2)
• Hydrogen Manufacturing Plant (HMP)

Your main responsibilities

• Implement HSE policy on site and ensure regulatory compliance
• Carry out HSE inspections and audits and follow up on corrective actions
• Train and raise awareness among staff on safety and environmental requirements
• Participate in risk assessment and the implementation of prevention plans
• Draft and update HSE documentation (procedures, plans, reports)
• Ensure HSE coordination with subcontractors and the client
• Help establish a proactive safety culture on site

Required profile

• HSE experience in industrial or construction projects
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and international best practices
• Fluent English essential
• Rigorous, pedagogical and team-oriented
• Experience in an international environment appreciated
