We are looking for HR Specialist to our international company!
While our function is growing, we’re looking for an HR Specialist.
The tasks are throughout the employment lifecycle – from recruitment to exit interviews. You will assist our HR Planning Manager with team planning for the construction sites and eventually participate in the planning independently. In addition, you will assist the HR Manager in employment relations, create and administrate legal documentation, and take care of any issues there comes to employment.
You will get a variety of responsibilities but a great support from our HR team. We function in Finland and Sweden. Our office in Sweden locates in Stockholm.
Because construction field brings a lot of changes in our work, none of the days are the same. That is why we expect that you are able to adapt to changes and work under pressure. We don't expect you to know building construction but we hope that you're eager to learn and bring your experience in our function.
What are we looking for?
Knowledge of the Swedish labour law.
English language + Swedish / Polish / Ukrainian / Russian languages.
You aren’t scared of new challenges and strive to reach our common goals.
You can work independently, and you manage changing situations well.
2-4 years of experience from HR work.
