As our Housekeeping & Maintenance Manager, you'll be leading a diverse team whom between them work 7 days a week 365 days a year.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  Sparkle & Shine: Lead your Housekeeping crew to deliver immaculate rooms and public spaces, living up to our "Comfort Housekeeping Manual" and guaranteed check-in times.
• Keep it Running: Be the go-to for all things maintenance. From proactive upkeep to lightning-fast repairs, you'll ensure our newly renovated spaces, systems, and equipment are always in peak condition. Think electrical, elevtors, plumbing, and general handyness - you've got this, or you reach out to someone who does!
  
• Be a Problem Solver: You're hands-on and love tackling challenges yourself, only calling in the cavalry when absolutely necessary. You're constantly learning new tricks to keep things running efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Sustainability Champion: Drive our green initiatives, optimizing energy use and finding smart, long-term solutions that reduce our environmental footprint and save costs.
• Team Cheerleader: Support, motivate, and empower your teams. You're all about creating a safe, positive, and productive work environment where everyone feels valued.
• Budget Boss: Keep a keen eye on costs, especially energy consumption, and manage your department's budget like a pro.
• Communication Hub: Keep everyone in the loop on maintenance status and upcoming projects, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
