We are looking for experiencedHigh Voltage Cable Jointersto support projects across various European countries.

You will be responsible for theinstallation, jointing, and terminationof high-voltage cables (ranging from11 kV to 132 kV) for substations, transmission networks, and industrial facilities.

Tasks

• Perform jointing, termination, and testing of HV cables (XLPE, EPR, etc.)
• Carry out cable preparation, crimping, heat shrink and resin joint installations
• Work according to drawings, standards, and safety regulations
• Test and document completed works to ensure quality compliance
• Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and utility clients
• Ensure all work meets quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements

Requirements

• Completed electrical or power engineering qualification (apprenticeship or equivalent)
• Proven experience as an HV Cable Jointer (11-132 kV)
• Manufacturer certifications (e.g. Pfisterer, NKT, Nexans, Prysmian) are a strong plus
• Good English skills (German or other EU languages are an advantage)
• Willingness to travel and work across Europe
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated
