Job description

Your new job

We're looking for a curious Solution Owner for our Source process, who wants to solve complex, real world problems to make life at our factories easier and our ways of working more effectively. You'll secure that our solutions provide the capabilities that the business needs - now and in the future - by aligning requirements with digital strategies and clear solution roadmaps. Your area of responsibility will cover applications for inbound flow, supplier integration and transport booking - all which are integrated with our ERP system M3. You will work closely with process development teams, site representatives and other Solution Owners to develop, implement and support solutions based on our standard platforms. Currently we are in the final phase of our project of moving M3 to Cloud.

On a typical day, you will:

• Be accountable for the end-to-end functionality, direction, roadmap and lifecycle of your solutions, ensuring they contribute to business capabilities and stay synchronized with process roadmaps
• Lead and coordinate the development and operation of your solutions to ensure high quality in our standardized ways of working, translating end-user demands into solution enhancements that improve process effectiveness combined with required availability and reduced operational cost
• Secure and align to processes to fully utilize and benefit of running operations in cloud
• Run and grow competence networks, actively suggest and coach users on efficient application usage and good ways of working by providing training/communication material
• Ensure cost consciousness and scalable, maintainable solutions
• Manage vendors and partners by coordinating license, maintenance, support & service contracts and securing solution support in line with agreed SLAs
• Collaborate across IT/OT with architects, super users, information security and other peers in a global manufacturing context

Qualification

What we'd like you to bring to the table

The role as aSolution Ownerrequires you to:

• Be experienced and knowledgeable in operating Cloud ERP, ideally M3 and Infor OS
• Bring 5+ years' experience from an international and/or manufacturing organization
• communicate confidently in English, are skilled in working in complex organisations, with excellent stakeholder management abilities by building trust at all levels
• Bring energy and curiosity, dare to constructively challenge current ways of working. You lead change with clarity, integrity and a can-do mind set.
• Regularly find better ways and enable change, turning ambiguity into action with a clear "this is possible" approach
