Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager
We are seeking a dedicated HSE Manager to lead and oversee our organization's health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation of safety, health, and environmental protection programs.
Investigate accidents, implement corrective actions, and drive preventive improvements.
Provide technical EH&S guidance to management.
Develop and execute annual EH&S plans.
Manage and maintain fire protection and emergency response systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CDM and self-insurance.
Conduct site audits and inspections, assisting in external audits.
Develop and deliver training on company HSEQ policies and standards.
Advise senior management on HSEQ responsibilities.
Manage energy, waste, and sustainability reporting.
Lead serious incident investigations, traveling as required.
Champion cultural change and continuous improvement in HSE processes.
Implement global and local HSE procedures, coordinating HSE committees and training.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HSE Manager or similar role.
Expertise in health, safety, environmental regulations, and emergency management.
Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage complex HSE systems.
