About the Role

As the Head of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance, you will play a key role in supporting sales and operations by developing competitive payment solutions and mitigating transactional risks. You will manage our Supply Chain Financing programs and participate in initiatives to improve working capital across the Epiroc Group. Collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally, you will play an important role in ensuring financial stability and driving business development activities.

You will report directly to the Vice President of Epiroc Financial Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Leadership: Manage and lead the Trade Finance team.
  

• 
  Supply Chain Financing: Oversee and develop Epiroc's Supply Chain Financing initiatives.
  

• 
  Bank Relations: Handle and cultivate bank relationships, including driving projects with Group Treasury.
  

• 
  Working Capital: Drive working capital initiatives in collaboration with divisions and Group Management.
  

• 
  Risk Management: Address and manage risk and due diligence in financial transactions.
  

• 
  Collaboration: Partner with Epiroc's Divisions, Product Companies, and Customer Centers to align financial solutions with operational needs.
  

• 
  Operations & Business Development: Participate in daily operations and contribute to business development activities.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Strong leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  

• 
  Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  

• 
  Knowledge of Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance (desirable).
  

• 
  Experience in credit management (strong advantage).
  

• 
  Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English.
  

• 
  A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  

• 
  Comfortable working with external stakeholders and communicating at all organizational levels.
  

Location: Flexible within Epiroc's main sites in Sweden; hybrid work apply.
