My name is Fredrik Stenberg, Head of B2B, and I'm searching for a senior leader to shape the future of our B2B sales organization and drive best-in-class performance across all sales channels. This is a high-impact, senior role that will elevate how a modern B2B sales organization operates, performs, and grows.
What you'll do:
In this role, you will lead the unit responsible for Sales Methodology, Sales Transformation, and Performance Management across our entire B2B sales organization. You will drive sales excellence initiatives, design and evolve sales processes, lead commercial teams, and secure strong performance and capability development across all sales channels, both direct and indirect.
our responsibilities also include driving bid and risk management for complex solution sales, building effective incentive models, designing sales learning programs, and supporting the ongoing transformation toward modern, scalable, insight-driven sales practices.
This is a role for a strategic leader with the ability to take ownership, influence cross-functionally, and drive measurable results.

To be successful in this position, we believe you have several years of experience from working in a senior leadership or executive-level role with responsibility for B2B Sales Methodology, Sales Strategy, Sales Systems, and Sales Process Transformation. You have a deep understanding of Performance Management for sales professionals, as well as B2B product portfolio and lifecycle.

- Lead the commercial teams, ensuring strong direction, motivation, capability development, and clear goal-setting.
- Drive Sales Performance Management, including forecasting, follow-up, review forums, opportunity management, and performance metrics.
- Own and evolve Sales Methodology, Sales Transformation, process design, and continuous improvement across all B2B sales channels.
- Develop and manage incentive models, compensation structures, sales governance frameworks, and bid/risk management for complex solution sales.
- Lead sales training and coaching initiatives, support major transformation programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive commercial outcomes and manage complex deals
What will help you thrive in this role:
To be successful in this position, we believe you have several years of experience from working in a senior leadership or executive-level role with responsibility for B2B Sales Methodology, Sales Strategy, Sales Systems, and Sales Process Transformation. You have a deep understanding of Performance Management for sales professionals, as well as B2B product portfolio and lifecycle.
Key experience:
- Extensive leadership experience with the ability to lead multiple teams and prioritize resources across complex B2B Sales organizations.
- Deep understanding of Performance Management for sales professionals within complex B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of the B2B product portfolio and lifecycle, and how it connects to commercial execution.
- Experience in complex B2B sales, indirect sales channels, and public procurement environments.
- A proven track record in leading large-scale sales transformation and change management.
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- University degree at Master's level with studies in business/economics (or equivalent)
