We're looking for aHead of Sales KAM Mid to join us at Telia Sweden!

I'm Magnus Furmarker, Head of Sales at Telia Sweden B2B , and we're looking for a driven and collaborative leader who wants to grow together with us. We are a supportive and forward-leaning team, passionate about our customers and focused on Telia's largest B2B clients, including the Public Sector. We help them accelerate their digitalization through our services in connectivity and communication.

What you'll do:

As Head of Sales Key Accounts Mid, you will lead the sales team working with our customers in Mid Sweden. Your mission is to drive sustainable revenue growth through both new business and expansion of existing B2B customers (250+ employees), while contributing to a simpler and more effective sales organization.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Key Account team, creating clarity of goals, strong execution, and a culture of accountability and customer obsession.
  • Drive revenue growth across the region through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing B2B customers with 250+ employees.
  • Set the commercial direction for the region, managing pipeline, forecasting, and performance to deliver on ambitious growth and profitability targets.
  • Support your team in strategic deal shaping, negotiation, contract optimization, and long-term value creation.
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with key customers and partners across Mid Sweden.
  • Drive the change agenda to simplify the sales organization, improve ways of working, and remove barriers to execution.
  • Collaborate with Specialist Sales, Pre-Sales, and where applicable Customer Success and Delivery to ensure operational excellence and seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the region in the sales leadership team, contributing to Telia's commercial strategy and overall sales transformation.


What will help you thrive in this role:
  • Experience leading sales teams in complex B2B environments, with a track record of strong and consistent performance.
  • Strong commercial mindset and a passion for growing revenue, developing customers, and capturing long-term contract value.
  • The ability to coach and empower Key Account Managers to work strategically with customers and manage large, multi-year deals.
  • A structured approach to pipeline management, forecasting, deal qualification, and performance steering.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - you inspire your team and build trust across functions.
  • Comfort communicating with senior customer stakeholders, from CIOs and IT leaders to business executives.
  • A mindset focused on simplifying, improving, and modernizing how a sales organization works.
  • A natural drive to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and be a visible leader for your team and your customers.
