About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Paid Social to take full ownership of the paid social media channels. In this key role, you will be responsible for both the strategic direction and operational execution of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and other social channels. You'll collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to craft high-performing ad creatives, while using data to optimize performance and drive strong business results.

In this role you will:

Work with strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms

Own budget allocation and media planning to maximize ROI and performance

Drive full-funnel campaign strategies - from awareness to conversion

Develop and tailor paid social strategies for both existing and new markets, with a clear understanding of local audiences and platform behaviors

Stay on top of platform trends, targeting innovations, and algorithm changes

Work closely with the creative team and content producers to develop engaging, platform-tailored ad creatives

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms

Conduct lift studies and A/B testing and apply insights to continuously improve performance

Your Background

The ideal candidate has several years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly on platforms like Meta and TikTok. You have a strong strategic mindset, paired with the ability to execute and optimize campaigns across multiple markets. A solid understanding of data analysis and performance tracking is essential, along with experience collaborating closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets. Experience supporting international expansion and adapting campaigns to new markets is a strong plus.

You are someone who has:

4+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, preferably in a D2C environment

Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and other major social platforms

Experience driving growth across multiple markets with varying maturity

Strong analytical skills and experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio

Proven track record of developing creative, high-performing ad strategies

Building smart systems to scale creative volume

Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of platform trends
