About the role
As our Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in a fast-paced, professional, and entrepreneurial environment where marketing is central to our growth. You'll lead Clearwater's marketing strategy - from brand positioning and content creation to digital campaigns and client events - with plenty of room for creativity and initiative.
You'll coordinate our marketing efforts across six core channels: PPC strategy, SEO, website development, content creation, social media, and email marketing. You'll also drive Clearwater's external events, such as client seminars, networking activities, and thought leadership initiatives, ensuring each one strengthens our brand and builds meaningful relationships.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and managing several external suppliers, you'll ensure our marketing activities are aligned, effective, and measurable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Clearwater's overall marketing strategy across digital and event channels.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers, maintain SLAs, and oversee billing and performance.
- Contribute to and execute Clearwater's Google Ads and SEO strategy.
- Implement technical SEO improvements and manage Google Ads accounts for minor changes.
- Use analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Lead Forensics, Lead Info) to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Plan and create engaging content for newsletters, LinkedIn, articles, podcasts, and more.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automated lead generation flows.
- Plan, promote, and execute external events such as client seminars, networking activities, and roundtables.
About you
You're an experienced and self-driven marketing professional who thrives in an autonomous role and enjoys working both strategically and hands-on. You're creative, analytical, and detail-oriented - with a strong sense of storytelling and brand consistency.
You're confident working in both Swedish and English, and you know how to collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to align marketing with commercial goals.
Experience and skills
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Strong project management and supplier coordination skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, GA4, and Google Search Console at a strategic level.
- Skilled in creating content for social media, newsletters, and websites.
- Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail - especially in written communication.
Meritorious:
- Experience from corporate finance, or other professional services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
- Experience with CMS systems (preferably Silverstripe).
