About the role
Therole as Head of Finance at Cure Media is an extraordinary opportunity for the rightcandidate to join the top management team of a fast-growing, entrepreneur-led andprivate equity backed company. As Head of Financeyouwill be responsible forestablishing routines and formatfor both internal management reporting and external reporting to board of directors,owners and lenders. Furthermore, you willhave the primary day-to-day responsibility forplanning, managing and controlling all finance-related activities of the company andsupporting the CEO on administrative responsibilities like for exampleinvoicing, legal agreementsetc.
Your tasks & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be analytical, structured and collaborative, serving as an important sparring partner to the CEO and board of directors, while also being a strong support to the parts of the business (e.g., operations, tech).As an entrepreneurial led company, we are looking for someone to be responsible forthe following:

- Monthly reporting to Board of Directors
- Margin reporting and other management reporting as required
- Quarterly invoicing and follow ups
- Payroll management and employee agreements
- Client and supplier agreements
- Documentation in tender processes
- P&L and liquidity forecasting
- Calculation and analyses of new services, new markets and staffing
- ESG reporting
- Corporate policies

Requirements for the role
- Strongaccounting knowledge with experience from previous jobs
- Degree inbusiness and/or finance
- Skilled in MS Office and other relevant systems for the role
- Fluent communication both in Swedish and English, as these are the languages you will use on a daily basis.
- If you have previous experience working at a scale-up company, it is considered an advantage but not a requirement.
