Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The Head of Finance & Accounting Norway is overall responsible for the financial information reported by Electrolux Professional AS.

The focus of the role is to ensure financial compliance (accounting, tax, internal control, timely and accurate & timely financial reporting), to "own" the balance sheet and the P&L and be the interface vs our financial auditors. Another part is to continuously strive for achieving financial process efficiencies through standardization, harmonization and automation. Last but not least, to continue to drive the implementation of the Finance Transformation agenda in Norway. This requires frequent interaction with the Head of Finance & Accounting Nordics & UK also located in Stockholm, Business Controller for Norway, Regional Controlling organization, Business Area Controllers as well as other parts of the Finance and Business organization.

The role is an individual contributor role. you will be supported by the AR, AP & payment team in Sweden. Despite not having your own team, you will be part of a team in Stockholm of highly skilled colleagues. Some travel to Oslo will be required.

You take pride in delivering timely and reliable financial data for the business to take actions on. Last but not least, helping the company to navigate among rules and regulations in a compliant way is a leading star for you.

Your main responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for Finance & Accounting activities of Electrolux Professional AS.
• Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, monthly, quarterly and year-end closings.
• Statutory financial statements, corporate tax return etc
• Responsible for the daily accounting processes.
• Responsible for that the group's internal control framework is adhered to.
• Responsible for driving implementation of the group's Finance Transformation program in Norway.
• Financial auditor interface.

Qualifications

WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

• Minimum 7 years of experience working in similar position.
• Master degree in Finance & Accounting
• Ability to work to a high standard under pressure and adhere to strict reporting deadlines.
• Good skills in excel and in general a curious system interest.
• Knowledge of Norwegian GAAP & payroll rules (preferred)
• Solid experience of IFRS.
• Prestigeless with a can-do attitude.
• Service minded.
• Possess a high level of integrity.
• Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, ability to operate within an international network.
• Fluent Swedish and English are mandatory. Norwegian is preferred.
