Do you want to lead and develop CRM and loyalty strategies for some of Europe's strongest outdoor brands like Naturkompaniet, Partioaitta, Trekitt, Friluftsland and Globetrotter? We're seeking a strategic, hands-on leader who can elevate our CRM efforts across Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, and the UK.

This role will be responsible for harmonizing workflows, maximizing the value of our CRM platform, and implementing data-driven communication in collaboration with our local marketing teams.

The role is part of the Digital Strategy Team and is based out of our Naturkompaniet office in central Stockholm.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
This role will be responsible for harmonizing workflows, maximizing the value of our CRM platform, and implementing data-driven communication in collaboration with our local marketing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the unified CRM and loyalty strategy across all markets for Frilufts Retail Europe.
- Ensure consistent workflows in our CRM tools and maximize automation, segmentation, and AI.
- Lead the continued implementation, licensing, and roadmap for CRM platforms.
- Strengthen our data-driven capabilities, transforming data into insights.
- Collaborate with local teams and external partners to improve content work and customer dialogue.
WHO YOU ARE
We believe you have extensive CRM experience in retail or e-commerce, both strategic and operational. You are experienced in leading change across international organizations.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of CRM platform usage.
- Expertise in AI-driven CRM features (e.g., segmentation, churn, automation).
- Strong communication skills and a business-driven, structured approach.
- Fluent in English, additional languages skills are a plus.

- Strong communicator and educator - capable of persuading and aligning local teams.
- Structured project manager with an eye for both detail and the bigger picture.
