We are looking for a newHead of Controlling- Corporate Functions, which consists of IT, Finance, Legal, HR and Communications on Group level.
You will be part of the Group Controlling and FP&A Finance Leadership Team, the IT Leadership Team and partner with the Group CFO, CHRO and General Counsel.
You will be based at Electrolux headquarters in Stockholm and report to the Head of Group Controlling and FP&A.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Business Partnership:
- Provide financial leadership to IT and other Corporate Functions by adding value in taking strategic and operational business decisions.
- A strategic mindset is required, coupled with the ability to challenge key business partners and to interact with multiple stakeholders at different levels in the organization
- Ensure high quality, transparency and integrity of the financial information and management reports.
Financial Planning & Performance Management:
- Ensure forecasting process accuracy for Corporate Functions costs through standardization and simplification.
- Responsible for Group IT CAPEX management and control, including cost capitalization.
- Responsible for the Corporate Functions cost strategy, definition and governance.
- Responsible for Corporate Functions costs allocation to the Regions and service model
- Drive change management, transformation initiatives and strategic projects
- Collaborate with Financial Controlling teams in Regions and Group, to secure proper procedures are in place and followed up.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Controllers, ensuring strong financial leadership, clear prioritization, and consistent delivery of high-quality analysis and business insights and ensuring alignment with financial governance, standards, and strategic priorities.

- Finance and Leadership Experience: You are a seasoned finance leader with strong skills and the ability to motivate, grow and develop your team. You have worked in complex global or regional finance management teams, influenced stakeholders and steered performance across the business.
Requirements:
- Academic background in Finance and Business Management
- Senior Finance leader with 15 years+ experience as business partner ideally in relevant controlling areas, such as IT and Group costs
- Change management and experience in finance business transformation
- Relevant experience in leading Finance teams operationally and functionally, preferably in Global set ups
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken. Any other European language is a plus
