We're seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to build and scale a global Community & Enablement capability for Data & AI. As Head of Community & Enablement, you will make AI accessible across the organization-driving activation, adoption and sustained use of AI tools and practices while leading our Citizen AI developer community. You will design and run learning programs, awareness campaigns, workshops and Communities of Practice that upskill employees from diverse technical backgrounds and spark cross-functional collaboration and innovation. You'll partner with product owners, portfolio leads and senior stakeholders to shape tooling roadmaps, lead change-management initiatives, and translate complex AI concepts into practical, business-focused guidance to accelerate impact and foster knowledge-sharing at scale.
What you will do
• Champion AI accessibility and drive adoption: Drive activation and democratization of AI tools and technologies across the organization, enabling employees from diverse technical backgrounds to effectively leverage AI. Lead communication strategies, roll out new AI tools and best practices, and drive engagement through user communities and awareness campaigns.
• Build engagement and lead community development: Manage the company's Citizen AI developer community, including upskilling and definition of tooling roadmaps. Foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing among global teams. Facilitate workshops, forums, and Communities of Practice dedicated to AI and data topics.
• Drive Innovation and Problem-Solving: Cultivate a culture of innovation by empowering global teams with the tools, processes, and knowledge to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions that deliver impactful business outcomes.
• Drive Change: Lead change management and enablement initiatives jointly with product owners and portfolio leads to support the deep transformation of how people work with the help of AI.
• Promote Data & AI Literacy: Design and execute educational programs, campaigns, and workshops to enhance AI understanding, skills, and adoption throughout the organization. Serve as an internal AI evangelist to simplify and communicate AI concepts effectively.
You will bring
• Expertise in driving organization-wide initiatives to democratize AI (or other technologies).
• Exceptional communication and storytelling ability to promote AI adoption and understanding across diverse teams.
• Ability to craft and execute effective communication strategies.
• Experience in establishing and managing collaborative developer or innovation communities (e.g., Citizen AI developer community).
• Passion for cultivating a culture of innovation and empowering teams with methodologies to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with change management practices and deploying transformation initiatives at scale.
• Profound understanding of AI tools, technologies, and trends.
• Strong ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical and technical audiences.
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, particularly in global or matrixed environments.
• Strong background in stakeholder management, working with leaders across technical, business, and operational functions.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to navigate complex organizations and diverse cultural contexts.
