Telia is like a hub in Swedish business, where we have earned our customers' trust for decades. My name is Niclas Krantz, and within my business unit, BU Enterprise Solutions, we have the privilege of working with the largest Swedish enterprises, authorities, regions, and municipalities.
I am currently looking for aHead of Commercial Managementto support the development of the unit.
Your next challenge?
The Commercial Management team has two main responsibilities.
The first area is to drive the Commercial Management agenda with the aim to maximize growth and profitability for a defined service area through differentiated value propositions (product, bundles, price, campaigns, marketing) and by optimizing execution in available sales channels and to targeted customer sub segments.
The second responsibility include is the pricing agenda and the team set the winning price with deal specific pricing and pricing strategies, development of business cases for our largest deals, business case follow-up, price steering through management of price mandates, development of price models and pricing tools.
The commercial management team is the commercial coaches to the sales organization.

- Develop and execute value propositions and sales execution to optimize growth and profitability
- Define deal-specific pricing, manage price mandates, and develop pricing models and strategies
- Create and evaluate business cases for major deals to ensure profitability.
- Support and coach Sales teams to strengthen sales execution and strategy.

Your experience
- Experience from large and complex B2B commercial management roles
- Leadership experience in large and complex organizations
- Experience from the telecom and IT sector with deep understanding of the industry logic
- Experience from driving successful change in large / matrix organizations
- Ability to communicate efficiently both in English and Swedish

- Solution-oriented and pragmatic
- Communicative leader who builds trust and collaborations around the organization
- Analytical, structured, responsible, and easy to deal with
- Team player who can roll up the sleeves
