We are expanding our B2B marketing team and seeking adata-driven digital strategistto lead and optimize our digital performance ecosystem - from SEM and paid media planning to analytics, tracking, reporting, and insights. You will ensure all inbound and outbound initiatives work seamlessly together and continually improve outcomes with clear recommendations.
This role sits at the heart of our growth engine and collaborates closely with Campaign Project Managers, our Marketing Automation Specialist (Pardot), sales teams, and our external digital agency. You report to the Head of Marketing.
What you will do
You will drive our performance marketing efforts across SEM and paid media, working hands-on with our agency to plan, optimize, and scale campaigns. You'll ensure accurate tracking, maintain our dashboards, and unify inbound and outbound data into a single, reliable performance view.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing Automation, Web, and Digital Sales teams to create seamless user journeys and improve lead quality and conversion. You will analyze full-funnel performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that elevate our campaigns and digital results.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading SEM planning, execution, and budget optimization across Google and Bing.
- Owning tracking, tagging, analytics setup, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Ensuring accurate lead tracking and data governance across digital channels, Pardot, and Salesforce.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to optimize user journeys and strengthen lead routing and scoring.
- Conducting full-funnel analysis and delivering insights to improve targeting, messaging, and conversions.
Who you are
You are a self-driven and collaborative marketer with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into impact. You enjoy simplifying complex topics, and are curious about new digital and AI-driven tools that enhance performance. You're hands-on, continuously optimizing digital performance, and you communicate insights clearly to guide cross-functional partners.
You have experience in digital marketing with strong, practical SEM expertise (Google Ads, Bing). You also have experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce/Account Engagement (Pardot), HubSpot, or MS Dynamics. You are skilled in tracking and analytics using tools like GA4, Looker Studio and GTM. You bring a background in lead-generation marketing within B2B or complex sales environments, and you know how to turn data into actionable insights that drive measurable results.
For this role, we require full professional proficiency in Swedish and English.

Practical information
Type of employment: Permanent position with probationary employment of 6 months

The salary for the position ranges from 45 000 - 55 000 SEK / month, depending on the experience of the selected person.
