Growth Analyst - Shape growth in Europe's most innovative fintech

Now, we're looking for a Growth Analyst to scale new channels, expand into new markets, and bring our mission to millions more.

About the role

As a Growth Analyst, you'll drive initiatives central to our European growth from scaling Germany and launching new channels. You'll work across Product, Credit, and Finance to turn insights into results. Your key responsibilities are:

• Growth drivers: Analyze CAC, LTV, and channel efficiency to design strategies that scale new customer growth, with execution for Sweden, Finland, and Germany.

• Channel opportunities: Run experiments in channels like YouTube, Generative AI-driven optimization, and emerging platforms. Scale what works, cut what doesn't.

• Analytics & infrastructure: Build frameworks and dashboards that track performance across paid social, influencers, and CRM, guiding smart investment decisions.

• Lifecycle & content: Deliver high-quality content across touchpoints while working with lifecycle marketing to reduce churn and boost engagement.

What we're looking for

You have a few years of experience in a growth role and a track record of making things happen. You thrive in fast-moving environments, turning ideas into impact while staying curious about our customers and industry.

Must-have's:

• Growth experience: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in acquisition, channels, or CRM. You know how to spot opportunities, test initiatives, and scale what delivers real impact.

• Proactive mindset: You bring ideas, take initiative, and turn insights into measurable growth.

• Curious and adaptable: You thrive in change and are eager to understand Anyfin, our customers, and the industry as we evolve.

• Data skills: You use SQL, BigQuery, or similar tools to get the data you need, understand what's happening, and make informed decisions.

• Language skills: You are fluent in Swedish, German or Finnish.

Nice-to-have's:

• Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact in a growth-focused role.
• Previous experience with growth in the German market.
