Our Data & AI team in Sweden is a group of 40 people working with some of Sweden's largest companies to unlock the power of analytics, data and AI. The team is part of our Strategy & Consulting practice, a group of leading strategy and management consultants working on complex challenges across industries.

As a graduate in our team, you'll join either as aData Science Analystor as anAI Strategy Analyst:

As a Data Science Analyst you will:

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business challenges into valuable solutions
• Leverage the latest AI tools and technologies, spanning from traditional ML to Agentic workflows
• Utilize a wide range of technologies (e.g. Python, SQL, Docker, ...) and platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, ...) to build, deploy and scale solutions
• Collect, organize and visualize large-scale data in meaningful ways
• Design and deliver modern digital architectures supporting evolving business needs

As an AI Strategy Analyst you will:

• Contribute to high impact work with senior client stakeholders
• Create AI visions, current state assessments and enterprise strategies for AI Reinvention, through interviews, workshops and analysis
• Identify where and how to apply AI and Agents in processes to drive meaningful impact and competitive advantage across industries
• Translate new AI tools and technologies into fit-for-purpose architectures for new business opportunities
• Develop roadmaps for building leading AI capabilities
• Design processes, organizations and governance for AI execution

Qualification

What we're looking for:

• Master's degree within a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Hard sciences or Mathematics; or expecting have one in 2026
• Proven strong academic achievement
• Experience in analytical problem-solving with a strong business acumen
• Experience with data analysis and advanced analytics
• Ambition and an eagerness to start a career in consulting
• Skills in written and oral presentation
• Fluency in English required, with fluency in Swedish a plus

We are looking for graduates to join our office in Stockholm in early autumn 2026.
