Strategy's role within Strategy & Consulting

As a Strategy Analyst, you will join Accenture's strategy segment, which key focus is to support clients all over the world determine their next winning strategy. Our projects vary from due diligences, target screenings and go-to-market strategies, to commercial-, growth-, pricing-, technology- and sustainability-strategies.

Work you will do as a Strategy Analyst

• Solve complex client problems by applying quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques
• Structure and communicate solutions in a way that is easy to understand
• Work in multinational teams on client-facing projects, with tasks such as creating business cases, developing presentations to client stakeholders, and prepare and conduct workshops and interviews
• Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials, operational drivers and deep industry and functional expertise
• Be part of high performing teams, learning from and supporting each other develop every day
• Engage in internal Accenture initiatives of your choice, such as recruiting and community activities

Qualification

We are looking for candidates who

• Have a master's degree and / or will receive your degree before September 2026
• Can start at Accenture in the autumn 2026
• Have proven and strong academic results in a relevant field
• Are analytical problem-solvers with strong business acumen
• Are driven, solution-oriented and eager to start your career in an advisory role
• Have written and oral presentation skills to communicate clearly and effectively
• Are comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Have proactive and curious mindsets and enjoy collaborating with others
• Are fluent in English. Swedish is beneficial but not required

Office and starting date

We are looking for graduates to join our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö in early autumn 2026. Mobility and flexibility to either work physically at an office (client or Accenture), or in virtual teams is expected. This requires you to have a high degree of flexibility for travelling to our clients or working with international teams virtually.
