This pivotal role will focus on establishing our foothold in the Sweden and Nordics market through strategic planning and execution.

Your Impact (First 12 Months):
- Design and execute our Swedish market entry strategy, with a target of onboarding 1+ TWh of renewable energy producers.
- Lead the strategic market entry into Sweden, and then the rest of the Nordics, researching market requirements and regulatory frameworks to effectively launch operations.
- Identify and attract pilot customers to establish initial traction and validate market strategies.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, potential partners, and customers within the market.
- Craft and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
- Manage successful rollout of business initiatives in Sweden and Nordics.
- Extensive experience in business development, ideally with specific expertise in market entry strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and regulatory requirements in Sweden and the Nordics.
- Proven track record of securing deals and initiating successful business relationships.
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
- Native in Swedish and fluent English, with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Deep understanding of the Nordic energy market landscape
- Willingness to travel within the Nordics.
