Your mission

As a Global Technical Service Engineer, you will be a crucial contributor to the success of our product portfolio. Your responsibilities include ensuring competence in our Customer Centers (CC), providing field information for continuous product improvements, and engaging in activities such as field testing, customer technical support, technical training, and commissioning.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is helpful, humble, and committed, with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. You bring:

Required
  • Strong technical background, ideally with experience from tunneling or mining drilling equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with solid English skills.
  • Good computer literacy and report-writing abilities.
  • A technical education at bachelor level (or equivalent experience).
  • A proactive mindset with a sense of urgency and readiness to go the extra mile.

Meritorious
  • Previous experience in the mining or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Swedish or any additional language

Location and travel

This position is based in Örebro, Sweden and includes periods of international travels. In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, Swedish local terms and conditions will apply.
