Your Mission

As a Global Master Planner, you will ensure global visibility of supply, optimize availability, and contribute to planning excellence across our distribution network. Your work will support both short-term operational performance and long-term strategic initatives.

You will:
  • Coordinate and execute the daily manual allocation process.
  • Monitor supply capability and parts availability.
  • Collaborate with regional supply planners and other Epiroc divisions to secure smooth demand fulfilment as per given prioritization.

You will also take an active role in developing planning tools, supporting forecast setting at global distribution centers, and analyzing forecast accuracy. Other shared responsibilites within the team is to manage redistribution and coordinating supersessions and replacements of high-value items to reduce obsolescence, improve cost efficiency, and ensure a successful phase-in/phase-out process.

In addition, you will contribute to global inventory decisions, take part in improvement projects related to processes and systems, and work cross-functionally to continuously enhance customer service and supply chain competence across the organization.

Your Profile

You are analytical, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic, global environment. You thrive when collaborating with others, enjoy solving complex supply-chain challenges, and take initiative to continuously improve planning processes.

You also bring:
  • A degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience within spare parts supply chain management, including distribution and inventory planning.
  • Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to visualize and interpret data effectively.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Experience with Epiroc's global supply chain or distribution systems is considered an advantage.

Location and Travel

This position is located inÖrebro (Sweden)with a hybrid way of working.

This position is open to candidates who are already based in Sweden. Due to the urgency of the recruitment, we are not able to support or consider international relocations - including relocation at one's own expense - and no relocation package is offered.

Occasional travel may be required.
