Where you'll make a difference

As a Global Marketing Communications Specialist - Wound Care you sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll help shape and deliver global marketing communication initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across channels.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

Execute global marketing launches and communication campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Develop and manage content strategies aligned with brand and product objectives

Create and optimise engaging content for web, social, and campaign platforms

Support customer persona development and journey mapping to drive digital engagement

Analyse content and campaign performance to inform continuous improvement

Collaborate closely with global marketing managers, digital teams, and external partners

Ensure messaging consistency and localisation-ready content across regions

You'll be trusted to manage priorities, contribute ideas, and help elevate how Mölnlycke communicates globally.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, journalism, or similar (or equivalent experience)

2-6 years of experience in marketing communications, ideally in a global or healthcare context

Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills

Experience with digital performance optimisation, SEO, analytics, and CMS platforms

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with confidence

High proficiency in English

Experience with analytics tools, email marketing platforms, or additional languages is an advantage.
